We process and dispatch all in-stock orders within 1–2 business days, 7 days a week. For items currently out of stock, please contact us at contact@thescentpalace.com for a lead time before purchasing.

Yes — you have up to 30 days from placing your order to cancel it for a full refund, so long as the order hasn’t shipped yet. After dispatch, standard Returns & Refunds policies apply.

Absolutely. Every fragrance we sell is 100% authentic, with no knock-offs or grey-market stock. If you’re not completely happy with the authenticity of your item, contact us and we’ll rectify the situation.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After that window, we may not be able to stop dispatch to the original address. If the parcel is returned due to incorrect address, reshipping may incur an additional fee.
